Counting My Blessings

As I look forward to the Thanksgiving holiday I am reminded of my many blessings… my family, my friends, my country, and my many business associates. Yes, I have been richly blessed and I count all of you that have supported my efforts in Seamans and Associates among those blessings.

Launching Seamans and Associates this past year would have been overwhelming without the support and encouragement of trusted colleagues. I have to admit that my passion sometimes weaned, and I often questioned my purpose and vision. But you where there… a phone call, an email, or a Linked In request pushed me forward. I have been amazed by the generosity in sharing your time, insights, and your trade secretes. And yes, you even bought my book! (keep it coming by the way)

Competition sharpens us and promotes exceptionalism. Competition among trusted colleagues keeps you moving forward. As you send your folks out into the marketplace, don’t be afraid of the competition… embrace it, and make a few friends along the way. You too may get an encouraging phone call just when you need it.

Have a blessed Thanksgiving holiday.

Libby
